So I’m overall happy with how the crumb turned out from the previous bread loaf.  I made a sandwich for lunch today and used this bread and it was a good vessel.  The one drawback I’d say is the crumb was a little more open than a good sandwich bread probably should be.  But overall not a bad effort.
